FLIP Berkeley City Council: My Interview and Questionnaire

My conversation with FLIP Berkeley City Council addresses the choices shaping Southside: housing costs, tenant protections, public space, local businesses and infrastructure.

I support more affordable housing and protections that help existing residents stay. As our neighborhood grows, public investment must keep pace with the demands on sidewalks, transportation, maintenance and community space. Those commitments are part of how I would evaluate development and spending decisions when elected.

FLIP has endorsed my candidacy for Berkeley City Council District 7. You can watch the interview and read my written questionnaire to learn more about my priorities.
